Job Title: Mechanic
As a Mechanic at RJK Equipment, you will be responsible for performing various levels of repair on equipment and maintaining records of services performed. This includes basic servicing, routine maintenance, as well as full diagnostic repair of equipment, with the aim of achieving effective and efficient outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic, with preference given to those with agricultural expertise. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail are essential attributes for the role. The candidate should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work and travel out of town as required. In addition, the candidate should be available to work weekends and be on call during busy times of the year. Bilingual proficiency would be an added advantage.
The position is hourly paid, with the remuneration commensurate with experience. RKJ Equipment will provide OEM training, with pay increases upon completion of training, as well as specialty equipment training.

Job Title: Parts Counter Specialist | Wilcox AZ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Parts Counter Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Parts Counter Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and internal staff in identifying, locating, and providing agriculture parts and accessories. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of agricultural parts and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist customers in identifying their agriculture parts needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information for parts and accessories.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.

- Parts Identification and Ordering:

- Utilize electronic parts catalogs and other resources to identify and locate automotive parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including orders, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source parts not in stock and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

- Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of highdemand parts and accessories.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize and maintain the parts department to optimize efficiency and accessibility.

- Provide basic technical assistance and advice to customers and technicians regarding parts installation and compatibility.
- Stay informed about product updates, recalls, and service bulletins related to agriculture parts and accessories.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other staff to resolve technical issues and address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive/ agriculture technology is preferred.
- Proven experience in parts sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture systems, parts, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
